Shipping and Delivery


Orders within Cairo and Giza are delivered within 24 hours, with a maximum of 48 business hours, counted starting from the next day after receiving the shipment.

Orders to other governorates and the outskirts of Cairo and Giza are delivered within 3 to 4 business days, counted from the next day after receiving the shipment, except for (Matrouh, South Sinai, Red Sea, Luxor, and Aswan), which take 5 to 7 business days.

An additional day is added for delivery to villages, districts, and remote areas.
